We try and work in with all our guest’s requirements and have booking conditions to make it easier for all.
Booking Conditions
Deposits:
50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation.
Credit Card details are required when making a booking.
Cheques or Money Order deposits are to reach our office within 5 working days of reservation.
Check In Time:
Arrivals can check in from 2.00 daily. At the time of booking please provide the Holiday Park with your estimated time of arrival (ETA) if your ETA is after hours.
Checkout Time:
Is strictly 10.00am on the day of departure. A late checkout may be approved however, a fee will apply.
Cancellations:
Cancellations should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival or a 50% fee will apply. If no notice is given a 100% fee will apply.
